We met up with Legacy Greens' Owner and Founder, Jordan Dolson to chat this week. Many of you know all about this awesome little shop located on the corner of King and Ontario St. in DTK, but here are some quick fun facts about Jordan and her business you might not know! 

 

1. Jordan - what's your favourite Four All Ice Cream?

2. How many staff work at Legacy Greens:
   3 including me.
   
   
3. How many pints of Four All Ice Cream do you sell per month? 
   Around 200.
   
   
4. How long have you been working with the Four All Ice Cream?
   We were Four All Ice Cream's first retail partner and have been working with them since their research and development stage in 2016.
   
   
5. Where do you find your suppliers?
   Many of our suppliers come to us, some we find at markets, others on Instagram.
   
   
6. Any advice on launching a food business?
   Talk to as many people as you can who are in the industry and learn the numbers: pricing formulas, overhead costs, traffic projections, there is so much math in a food business. Let the math guide your decision making.
   
   
7. What do you think Downtown Kitchener will be like in 5 years?
   Full of people! Lots and lots of people! And hopefully more small businesses!
